Alfred Chadwell

Alfred Leo Chadwell, son of Travis Stephen Leo Chadwell and Anna Margurite (Jones) Chadwell, was born November 29, 1936 in Summers, Arkansas and departed this life on May 12, 2015 in Fayetteville, Arkansas at the age of 78 years.

Alfred married Helen Faddis on August 24, 1968. They were blessed with a long and happy marriage. He supported his family as a carpenter. Alfred was an avid sportsman, who enjoyed fishing, hunting and trapping.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Travis and Anna Chadwell and his brother: Quannah Chadwell.

Alfred is survived by a loving family that includes his wife: Helen Chadwell of the home in Prairie Grove, AR, daughter: Leigh Ann Brill of Siloam Springs, AR, grandchildren: Nicholas Chadwell Brill of Russellville, AR, Ashleigh Elizabeth Brill of Siloam Springs, brothers: Jimmie Chadwell and wife Virginia of Westville, OK, Darrell Chadwell of Westville, sisters: Clarice McFadden and husband Ronnie of West Siloam Springs, OK, Vidella Ketcher and husband Doug of West Siloam Springs.

He is also survived nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Graveside services at 2 pm on Friday, May 15, 2015 at Old Baptist Mission Cemetery, Westville, OK with Bro. Paul Young officiating. Interment followed under the direction of Robert & Hart Funeral Home.
