Alice Moad

Alice Jean (Brassfield) Moad, daughter of Charles Levi Brassfield and Pauline Mabel Ring, was born on January 22, 1944 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She departed this life to be with our Lord on October 17, 2017. She was 73 years, 8 months and 24 days.

She was a member of the Christie Southern Baptist Church.

She is preceded by her parents, 3 sons: James Ray, Albert Calvin and Allen Moad, Jr., 1 sister: Mildred Brassfield and 1 nephew: William "Lewis" Puckette.

She is survived by her daughter: Deanna Kaiser Bates and husband James of Tulsa, OK, 3 sisters: Mary Vaughn and husband Roger, Freda Wing and husband David of Westville, OK, Vera Puckette and husband Bill of Poteau, OK, daughter-in-law: MaChelle Moad of Guthrie, OK, grandchildren: Isiah, Sabrina and Rebecca Moad of Guthrie, OK, Elizabeth Kaiser of Tulsa, OK, nieces: Tonia Ennis and husband Bart of Westville, OK, Holly Lannagan and husband Josh of New Orleans, LA, nephews: Ronnie Vaughn, Gary Wing and wife Daphne of Westville, OK, Charles Puckette of Poteau, OK, 4 great grandchildren, 9 great nieces, 3 great nephews, many aunts, uncles, cousin, other relatives and friends, including special friends: Karen Diver and Artise Pool.

Graveside services were held at 2 pm on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Westville City Cemetery, Westville, OK with Bro. Lance Unger officiating. Interment followed under the direction of Roberts & Hart Funeral Home, Westville, Oklahoma.
