Billy Turner

Billy Joe Turner, 60, of Westville, OK, passed away at home on June 28, 2023, at the age of 60 years 8 months and 20 days.

Billy Joe Turner was born October 8, 1962, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas to Jimmie D Turner and Bernice Eden Turner Rom.

He was preceded in death by his mother Bernice Rom.  He left behind his wife Fonda Gilliam of Abilene, TX, his father Jim Turner of the home, his brother Mike Turner of Tulsa, OK, sister-in-law Virginia Turner of Broken Arrow, OK, and his sister Deborah Arns and William Holson Jr. of Owasso, OK.  Billy also has two nephews Michael Turner and wife Stephanie of Broken Arrow, OK, Jacob Tidwell and wife Madison of Owasso, OK and one niece Cassandra Welborne and husband Darryl of Rough and Ready, CA, along with great nephews and nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Billy grew up and attended school in Tulsa, OK where he had many friends.
