Bobby Joe Willis, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, whose earthly journey in this world came to an end on April 13, 2024. Born on May 15, 1932, Bobby lived a life rich in joy and cherished moments, leaving behind a legacy that will be forever treasured by those who knew him.
Described as a "simple man" with an unwavering love for the outdoors and all its wonders, Bobby loved fishing, camping, and watching westerns. In his early years, he also loved to play the guitar. Bobby's bond with his dogs was truly special; they were not just pets but loyal companions who brought him immense joy. However, Bobby's greatest joy came from spending time with his beloved family, especially the grandkids.
Bobby is reunited in eternal peace with his beloved wife Norma. He is also preceded in death by his parents William and Goldie Willis.
He is survived by his son Bob Willis Jr., daughter Gail Willis, four grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
As we fondly remember Bobby Willis, let us celebrate a life well-lived—a life that was rich in love, family bonds, and the beauty of nature.
