Darlyn Devore

Darlyn Ann DeVore daughter of Fred Hoover and Ella Maxine (Bilbro) Zimmerman was born September 19, 1940 in Joplin, MO and departed this life to be with our Lord surrounded by her loved ones on January 13, 2016 in Siloam Springs, AR, at the age of 75 years.

She had a great passion for music. She showed that with her ability to play multiple instruments and singing. She was also a kindergarten teacher for many years. One of her greatest enjoyments was serving side by side with her husband as a missionary and pastor's wife for over 50 years. She also enjoyed spending time outdoors. She had a great love for her family and treasured moments spent with them.

Darlyn was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

She is survived by a very loving family that includes her husband Ralph DeVore, daughters; Deborah Lynn Andrade and husband Luis of Siloam Springs, AR, Janet Leigh Dutcher and husband Keith of Perryton, TX, Barbara Ilene DeVore of Siloam Springs, AR, Sharon Kay Morris and husband Eric of Westville, OK, 10 grandchildren; J. Luis Andrade, Juan Andrade, Diego Andrade, Jordan Andrade, Samantha Dutcher, Spencer Dutcher, Alexis Birge and husband Timothy, Gideon Morris, Alexandria Morris and Aidan Morris. Sister; Fredlyn Kay Kurth and husband Walter of San Tan Valley, AZ, several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Funeral services were held at 10 am on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Liberty Baptist Church, Siloam Springs, AR with Rev. Michael O'Donnell, Rev. Darrell Kepler and Rev. Ed Chavis officiating. Interment followed at Oak Hill Cemetery, Siloam Springs under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
