Edna Roper

Edna Jeanetta Bailey Clinton Roper of Westville, Oklahoma was born on November 26, 1941, in Proctor, Oklahoma. Edna was the daughter of Alfred and Frances Bailey. Edna departed from this life on April 7, 2022, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 80.

Edna was the most honest, stubborn-headed, God loving woman. She loved having all of her family with her. She enjoyed romance books and watching the Dallas Cowboy and Sooners play. She also loved watching western movies and loved watching WWE. The one thing that Edna loved more than family and God is Elvis Presley. She loved going and watching the Elvis impersonator.

Edna was survived by four children. Frances Hignite of Westville, Oklahoma, Troy Clinton of Westville, Oklahoma, Danny Clinton and Joni Onderdonk of Westville, Oklahoma, and Timothy Clinton of Westville, Oklahoma. She was also survived by twenty grandchildren, thirty-five great grandchildren, seven brothers and sisters, and a bunch of nieces and nephews.

Edna was preceded in death by her son Ernie Clinton Jr., her grandson William Clinton, her two sisters Bobbie and Carolyn, and her two brothers Benny and Jimmy.

She will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.
