Loamma Coleman-Hall

May 29, 1930 — October 15, 2024

Loamma Coleman-Hall, born May 29, 1930, in Dutch Mill, Arkansas, went home to be with the Lord on October 15th, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. She was the daughter of John Herman Whiteley and Nancy Iva Whiteley and the beloved sister of Wayne Whiteley, Larry Rodger and Evon Price.

Loamma received Jesus Christ as her Savior at just nine years old, alongside her brother Wayne and cousin Ned Jr., setting the foundation for a lifelong walk of faith. She came from a family known for their deep Christian roots, with a line of Baptist preachers and praying men. Her father, Herman, was a man of prayer who always lifted up his family, and Loamma carried this legacy with her, sharing the miracles that shaped her family's life.

On March 30th, 1946, Loamma married her beloved husband, Tom H. Coleman, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Their journey together spanned 57 years, filled with love and devotion. They welcomed their first daughter, Sherry Payge, in Lincoln, Arkansas, before moving to California, where they had their second daughter, Rhonda Gail. In 1978, they returned to their hometown of Westville, Oklahoma, to enjoy their later years with family.

After Tom’s passing, Loamma found love again with Warren G. Hall, whom she married in 2006 and they shared eight wonderful years together before his passing. Through this marriage, Loamma's family grew, as she gained a stepdaughter, Louann Myall, and her husband Danny.

Loamma will be remembered for her unmatched kindness, radiant smile, and her unwavering faith. She filled her home with the warmth of homemade pies, chicken and noodles, and the sound of laughter. She had a wonderful sense of humor, often bringing joy and laughter to those around her. She was quick to praise the Lord in all things and cherished sharing her testimony and the blessings God had given her. Her love for her family, especially her great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, knew no bounds. Loamma's life was a testament to her faith and a reflection of her love for her family and friends. Her legacy of faith, love, and laughter will continue to live on through the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed, but will forever remain in the hearts of those who were blessed to know and love her.
