Gary Dale Meridith the son of Lester James Meridith and Elizabeth Marie (Raleigh) Loosier was born August 26, 1952 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life on January 31, 2020 in Proctor, Oklahoma at the age of 67 years, 5 months and 5 days.
Gary loved life. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, and he loved his family dearly. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but when he was younger enjoyed fishing and fighting. He was a little bit of a farmer. He raised some chickens, and he was an old chicken fighter. He enjoyed backroad cruising and just being outdoors. Most people liked his ornery attitude, but he would help anyone at anytime all you had to do was ask. Gary loved music more than anything. He was born with a guitar in his hands and a country song in his heart. Music was his passion and he loved singing and entertaining his family and friends. He became a legend in his time. We will remember not only that you died Gary, but that you lived. Your memory will forever live on and on in our hearts.
