Lee Willis, son of Earl Raymond and Goldia Vinita (Ross) Willis was born January 22, 1957 in Tahlequah, OK, and departed this life to be with our Lord on February 12, 2018 at home in Stilwell, OK surrounded by loved ones at the age of 61.
In his younger days Gary was considered the "Boss" by his siblings. Gary graduated from Hulbert High School in 1975 where he enjoyed playing football. He worked hard to provide for his family working as a welder/fabricator for Apex tools. He built many amazing things welding, doing leather work and woodworking. He had a great love for the outdoors and loved his dog "Odis". He was a great husband, dad, grandpa and had a great love for his grandkids. They attended Impact church in Westville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother; John Willis and father in law; Hance Faddis.
Gary is survived by a very loving family that includes his wife; Janet Willis of the home, children; Robyn Willis and fiancé Heath Van Hooser of Muskogee, OK, Bryan Willis and wife Maegan of Stilwell, OK, Johnny Long and wife Mindy of Siloam Springs, AR, 6 grandchildren; Dylan Long, Kody Long, Jayci Long, Kerstin Willis, Brynlee Willis and Rhett Willis. Sister; Debbie Willis of Spiro, OK, mother in law; Lorene Faddis, several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends also survive him.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Impact Holiness Church, Westville, Oklahoma with Bro. Navil Vaughan officiating. Interment followed at Westville City Cemetery, Westville, Oklahoma under the direction of Roberts & Hart Funeral Home, Westville, Oklahoma.
