Melvin Eaton

Melvin Wayne Eaton, son of William Weldon and Alice Lucille (Sanford) Eaton was born August 21, 1951 in Mountain Home, AR and departed this life on April 23, 2015 in Westville, OK at the age of 63 years, 8 months and 2 days.

Melvin enjoyed his quiet time but also enjoyed spending time with his family. He served his country proudly in the United States Army during Vietnam. Melvin was also an awesome mechanic and he could fix anything.

He was preceded in death by his father; William Eaton; granddaughter; Damiea Loyce Swatsenbarg, step son; Billy Cooper, step father Archie Myers and wife; Loyce Cooper.

Melvin is survived by a very loving family that includes his daughter; Melody Swatsenbarg and husband Mark, mother; Alice Myers, 2 grandchildren; Jonathan and Madison Swatsenbarg all of Westville, OK, siblings; Roger Eaton of Westville, OK,2 step children; Ladonna Cooper of Westville, OK and DoreenKelley of Welling, OK, Diana Woodbury of Lincoln, AR, Becky Barrow and husband Steve of Washington, IL, Jeana Green and companion Walter Hatfield of Lincoln, AR, Wilbert Eaton and wife Sherry of Eagle, MI, Roberta Voss and husband Stuart of Weidman, MI, Tammy Unger and husband David of Stilwell, OK. Step siblings; Marvin Myers and wife Robin, Pam Woodbury and Lisa Hart all of Michigan, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him.
