Naomi Louise Hastings was born on February 14, 1929, in Scraper, Oklahoma to Fred and Lily Thompson and passed away on May 23, 2021, at her home in Westville, Oklahoma.
She was an amazing cook and loved to cook. Naomi loved Sunday dinners with her family at her house. She enjoyed her flowers, plants, and her flower beds. She helped run their daycare for over 10 years, with her son Glenn. Naomi helped with foster care and with over 170 foster children. She was an amazing lady who loved her family. You would never leave her house hungry.
Naomi is preceded in death by her mother: Lily Thompson and father: Fred Thompson, 2 brothers: Bill and Watie, 5 sisters: Imagene, Norie, Mildred, Jewell, and Keet, 2 daughters: Kathy Foreman, and Cloreleen Murray, and 1 son: Baby Dwight.
She is survived by 1 brother: Leon Thompson and wife Zelma of Cushing, Oklahoma, and 1 son: Glenn Hastings of Westville, Oklahoma. 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
