Norman Lee Willoughby, son of Eugene Lee and Mable Louise (Niblack) Willoughby, was born on January 9, 1940 in St. Louis, Missouri and departed this life on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 in Colcord, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years.
Norman worked in construction as a carpenter. He worked hard to provide for his family. Norman was a very friendly fellow. He made friends easily and enjoyed visiting with them. He will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Eugene and Mable Willoughby, siblings: Fayetta Pack, Judy Swann, Dallas Willoughby and Bob Willoughby.
Surviving Norman is his wife of the home near Westville: Edith Willoughby, son: Joseph Willoughby of Langley, OK, daughter: Elisabeth Willoughby of Watts, OK, grandson: John Turner and wife Ariel of Watts, great grandchildren: Heaven Harris and Nevael Harris of Watts, brothers: Jack Willoughby and Ronald Willoughby, both of Joplin, MO, Vernon Willoughby of Quapaw, OK.
H is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
Memorial services were held at 2 pm on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Harvard Avenue Baptist Church, Siloam Springs, Arkansas with Pastor Tad Thompson officiating.
