Pearly Alvara Young

Pearly Alvara Young, daughter of Claude and Dora Vaughn, was born October 16,1930, in Tahlequah Oklahoma and married George Young on October 22,1949. She went to be with the Lord on June 10, 2023, at the age of 92.

Pearly loved her family and friends and always loved to share anything she had, especially food, if you ever came to see her you probably never left empty handed. She was a member of Mountain View Freewill Baptist Chruch for many years and loved reading poems to the congregation.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, her brothers Richard, Ray, Henry and Lonnie, her sisters Letha Walters, Mable Neale, and Effie Jean Hubbard.

Pearly is survived by her son, Garland Young and wife Mary, granddaughter Marilyn Clark and husband Don, great granddaughters Jody Dandridge and husband Trey and Haley Fouse, great great grandchildren Allie Kay Dandridge and Truett Graham and many other relatives and friends.
