Our beloved mother, Wilma Sue Arnold passed away, on July 2, 2023, in her home due to health issues.
Wilma was born in Truman, AR., on January 1, 1949, she was 74 years old.
A public viewing will be Wednesday, July 5, 2023, from 2 PM until 4 PM at Roberts and Hart Funeral Home in Westville.
Wilma was the youngest of 8 children. She was also a wonderful mother of 8 children and had 15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Wesley J. Kelough and Myrtle Marie Kelough (Null), husband, Gilbert Arnold, granddaughter, Stephanie Hager, son: Rick Arnold, and all but one sibling.
Wilma is survived by a sister, Wanda Buchanan, 7 children, several nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends whom she loved dearly. Wilma was strong in her faith and would have celebrated 20 years as a baptized Jehovah's Witness, on July 5, 2023.
She loved having her hair done regularly and shopping for clothes, shoes, and jewelry. She was always into fashion. She loved music, dancing, and classic cars, and knew more about cars than most men. She had perfect penmanship and loved to draw. Wilma was a walking talking history book and had a memory like no other. She was very hard working and put in 18 years at Franklin Electric and many years as a CNA/caregiver, and had worked full time until last year. Wilma was an awesome cook and baker. She showed "fierce" Mama Bear support multiple times in her family's lives. We know she is in a better place, resting peacefully and she will be loved and missed dearly.
