Donald Oadis Collins was born May 11, 1948, in Stilwell, Oklahoma to William D. Collins and Alta Agnes (Scism) Collins and passed away June 25, 2022, in Fayetteville, Arkansas at the age of 74 years, 1 month, and 14 days.

Donald was a Marine Corporal in the Vietnam War and worked for Franklin Electric for 30 years. Donald loved to fish and deer hunt, he loved to piddle in his shop, and he could fix anything.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 4 brothers: Dee Witt Collins, William Lee, Joe Collins, and George Collins; and 1 sister: Mary Wanda Doyle.

Donald is survived by his wife: Gail Willey Collins; son: Brian Collins; daughter: Kelly Burns and husband David; grandson: Paul Burns; granddaughter: Kollins Burns; and 2 brothers: Archie Collins of Proctor, Oklahoma, and Jimmie Collins of Stilwell, Oklahoma.

Funeral services were held at 10 am on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at Roberts & Hart Chapel, Westville, OK with Pastor Mike Whorton officiating.  Interment followed at New Hope Cemetery, Chance, OK.
